Can I reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule an appointment one (1) time with an existing retainer should you need to cancel before the 48 hour time frame. Anything after 1 reschedule will require a new retainer. Rescheduling should be done within 90 days of the date of your last appointment. Anything beyond 90 days will forfeit your retainer.
What if I do not show up?
No shows automatically forfeit any monies paid and will be banned from booking future services at Arne' & Co.
What if I am running late?
You are allowed a courtesy grace period of 5 minutes. After that time, Arne' & Co. reserves the right to cancel an appointment. If your appointment is canceled, your retainer is forfeited and you must pay another retainer for a future date. Communication is encouraged if you're going to be late, but it does not guarantee accommodating that lateness.
How do cancellations work?
You will receive a confirmation request 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, followed by a reminder 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made online within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of a 40% retainer; a new retainer will be required to secure any future appointments. Requests for late cancellations must be submitted via text or email before the 48-hour window; failure to do so will result in the client being considered a no-show.
What is the policy for classes and workshops?
Payments for classes and workshops are non-refundable. You are allowed to reschedule once within a six-month timeframe; any additional changes will require a new retainer fee. All requests for transfers must receive prior written approval from the instructor.
